What are the requirements to get my Real Estate License?

Each state has its own unique requirements for applying for a real estate license however, they are generally the same regarding:

• Needing to be a certain age (18 or 19)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Having a clean criminal record (Fingerprinting and background checks are common)
• Allowing Online or Classroom courses
